This route covers material published here: inaccurate copy, a dead destination, a listing concern or the way a PP1 policy is explained.

Official app support

Contact the relevant service when the question touches an account or transaction. PP1 cannot open, inspect or change data held by another app.

  • Sign-in, password or OTP trouble
  • Deposit or withdrawal status
  • KYC and identity verification
  • In-app rewards, gameplay or restrictions

Before you send anything

Give support a clean, useful report

  1. Name the exact page or app. Copy the relevant title and URL so there is no guesswork.
  2. Explain one sequence. State what you did, what appeared and what you expected instead.
  3. Strip private information. PP1 never needs a password, OTP, full payment number or identity document.
  4. Verify the channel. For an external app, use the support route shown inside that service or on a verified destination.
